Inn

The Inn In the shadow of the picturesque Teutonic castle stands our Inn. It was built in the 19th century on the site of a former tower that belonged to the city’s fortifications. „The Castle Inn” was created from life, from the passion of the owners, from the castle’s history and from feelings: pride, curiosity and longing for excellent Polish cuisine.

For twenty years, „The Castle Inn” restaurant has been run by siblings Ewa Zych and Stanisław Buławski. For them, running a restaurant is a never-ending creative process, hence the restaurant’s participation in many media projects and culinary television programs.

Ewa Zych:

„In our kitchen, everything starts with the product, and those we use are the best, because they are created by people I met on my culinary journey, many of them twenty years ago. I want every guest of „The Castle Inn” restaurant to feel that when visiting us, they are not simply being sold food, but are being offered a unique time – a time of feasting.”
